Stand arrived today with the interchangeable top parts.
I also received my last puller as well just not pictured.

Do the stands and bases ship separately, to screw together at home?
The stand is one piece the lasting post holder and the float holder slip into the top.
The last remover is something completely separate and can either be a wall mount or table mount but has to be ordered as whichever one you want.

Yes, it is. The pin height on the lasting stand is adjustable by about 5 inches+/- without going out to measure it. He just told me he will be raising his prices soon as well. So if you’re wanting something I would order it soon!
I personally like the idea of a multi purpose base…. Less floor space taken up in a small work area.
This is what the DA setup is replacing.
It has served its purpose well as of yet. I will not get rid of it right away either.

Heya RD! Sorry for the delay to reply. Way too much going on rn. Your workshop looks great! Hope the Adler gets some prime real estate when you can get it set up.
I just put up a new overhead winch in the shop. Should be useful for operating on stitcher carcases. And built a whole second story mezzanine out of pallet racking for less than a grand. Only had 550 sq ft. here before. That gives me another 400 sq. ft. +/- SoCal real estate prices and rent are ridiculous. Upwards and onwards.

Complete and total disaster zone atm. I had to move just about everything to set up the racking. And now I have to set the shelves up top and hoist the second floor stuff. Weather is super hot here rn so not high motivated 
.
Because only have 500sq ft. Sewing machines take up a surprising amount of space. Getting back all that space on the main floor hopfefully will be glorious. But the thought of hoisting industrial Adlers has a negative effect on the nervous system. I rationalize it by thinking the procrastination is more like waiting for the stars to align.
