New Accounts Now Require Approval

I’ve changed the forum so new accounts will need my approval before they can post. I hope this will end the rash of spam posts we’ve seen over the last week.

Three new sign-ups today. All look like bots: user names with long numbers at the end, all @t-online.de e-mail addresses, names don’t match e-mail addresses.

The torrent of obvious-bot account sign-ups has continued, but the latest have all used the same e-mail domain, @t-online.de. I’ve blocked that domain for new sign-ups.
